As a Swim Instructor at South Bay Aquatics, you’ll teach fun, safe, and engaging swim lessons—helping kids and families build confidence through clear communication, encouragement, and positivity. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and help create a warm, welcoming experience for our families. You’ll build relationships by scheduling lessons, providing personal attention during check-in, relaying account information, giving facility tours, and answering questions.

- Full and Part-time positions available with required afternoon/evening and weekend shifts
As a Lifeguard, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool patrons through vigilant supervision, quick response to emergencies, and strong communication. Your skills in swimming, CPR, first aid, and lifeguarding will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment. This position also involves supporting facility cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing appropriate care
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with questions or concern
Experience & Qualifications
- Starting pay of $20.00/hour
- Prior lifeguard experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stay calm and respond effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid lifeguard, CPR, and first aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
