Baby & Me

Introduce your baby to the water in a fun, nurturing environment—right in your arms! Our Baby & Me classes use songs, games, and playful activities to build underwater comfort, confidence, and a positive relationship with the water. Open to children 6–36 months, these 30-minute classes are offered daily at varying times, with class sizes of 6–9 students depending on location. First class free! Call for the current schedule.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons offer a 1:1 student to teacher ratio and are available in both 15 and 30 minute options, to students 6 months and up. The entire class session is tailored to that student’s particular needs.

Semi-Private Lessons

Semi-Private Lessons are 30 minutes in length, offered to children 2 years and up and offer a 2:1 student to teacher ratio. These are custom made classes for families or friends that would like their children to swim in the same class with a smaller class ratio regardless of age or skill difference.

Group Lessons

Group Lessons are 30 minutes in length, offered to children ages 3 and up and offer a 3:1 student to teacher ratio. Group Lessons are scheduled based on skill level, keeping in mind the student’s age.

Includes a Free In-Water Evaluation.

Pre-Team Development

Pre-Team Development prepares swimmers for the challenges of a competitive team environment. It’s the perfect way to start for those not ready to swim a full competitive schedule but looking for more than just a swim lesson. These one hour, practice style classes focus on refining all four competitive strokes, starts, and turns while building endurance.

Team Endurance

$260/mo per student

Team Endurance focuses on swimming longer distances while maintaining solid fundamental stroke technique. Members work towards swimming freestyle and backstroke 100 yards, breaststroke 50 yards, butterfly 25 yards and a medley with proper starts and turns.

Classes are 1 hour in length, two days per week and are limited to 9 students per class.

Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Pre-Comp or proficiency in all 4 competitive strokes. Students should be able to swim freestyle and backstroke 50 yards, breaststroke 25 yards and butterfly half the distance of the 25-yard pool.

Team Power

$260/mo

Prerequisite

Team Power focuses on advanced competitive techniques that will enable the competitive swimmer to maintain their endurance while increasing their speed by adding power to each stroke.

Team Power classes are 2 hours per class, one day per week and a limited to 9 students per class.

Pre-requisite: Based on in-water evaluation.

Stroke Clinic

$130/mo

This clinic is offered to swimmers looking for specialized instruction in the four competitive strokes. We use a combination of drills and specific sets to develop and improve stroke technique with individual feedback and instruction given to each student. Stroke clinics are one day per week. All classes are 60 minutes in length and feature a maximum of 9 students to 1 coach.

Pre-requisite: Based on in-water evaluation.
